A blend of grapes from parcels located in Rust, Müllendorf & Zagersdorf, with the backbone coming from vineyards found close to the winery in Sankt Margarethen. The idea is to represent the tapestry of villages, vineyards & soils of the Burgenland. Handpicked, naturally fermented & matured in large-format old oak for around 12-14 months before bottling, unfined and unfiltered. – Rosi Schuster
