Chemin des Terroirs is de Sousa’s broader, village-spanning expression, drawing fruit from Avize, Cramant, and neighbouring Côte des Blancs and Vallée de la Marne parcels. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier is handled with the domaine’s characteristic restraint: organic farming, gentle pressing, and a proportion of reserve wines to add quiet depth. The cuvée shows lemon peel, orchard fruit and light red-fruited notes from the Pinots, carried by a fine bead and a chalky edge that anchors the wine firmly in its Côte des Blancs core. Dry, composed and neatly balanced, it’s a clear, terroir-led introduction to de Sousa’s style.
