Originating from younger vineyards near Oberfucha village, the Stockwerk wines predominantly grow on granite and gravel terrains. These vineyards, cooled by adjacent forests and facing the North-East, also benefit from nearby grazing lands for cattle. To us, these wines embody the essence of Heuriger/Buschenschank, pairing perfectly with Central European comfort foods, think schnitzel, bbq, spaetzle, fried chicken, and potato salad. They shine with their vivacity, low alcohol content, and serve as delightful table wines in the truest sense.
