Organically farmed Welschriesling is fermented by Adriana with native yeast under flor and aged untouched for two years. The remaining three-quarters of the barrel (Tres Cuartos) is then bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulphur, resulting in a wine of exceptional character.
Dry and saline, it showcases nutty complexity from the flor alongside the fruitiness and natural aromatics of Welschriesling.
