From the winery: A wine like an easy ride on an ash-brown Poznan horse through coniferous Baltic forest. Glimpses of resin here, bark there, bathed in red light. A few very gently swaying fragments of Magritte’s “La Carte Blanche” wave to us discreetly from between the leafy branches, telling of protestantism, stone fruit, mushroom broth and samphire.
