Cosmic Vinyaters 'Destí' Muscat d'Alexandria 2022

Muscat de Alexandria that’s been whole bunch macerated for 2 weeks, this is a wine that sits between a white and an orange. Floral and ginger spice. On the palate there’s galangal and mango. As with all these wines, the mineral core brings fabulous length.

Cosmic's Salvador became a winemaker as a young man in an incredible part of Northern Catalonia near the French border. He settled in Agullana and set about realising his dream of producing superb wines from local varieties. Virtually all the wines are single varietal and are made according to natural and biodynamic principles. The vines are planted on two very different terroir. Local varieties are planted in the Alto Empordà, and the international varieties in Baix Penedes.
