Grenache (40%), Nero d’Avola (40%), and Saperavi (20%) from the red soils of the Riverland. Mostly destemmed with some whole bunches, co-fermented. Half pressed after a few weeks, the rest left for extended maceration. Aged in old 500L puncheons before bottling.
