This wine is a mix from 23 youthful plots within the estate, incorporating both white and red grapes, harvested over several days and co-fermented together.

Perfectly capturing the essence of a light, invigorating red, it boasts an exceptionally aromatic nose, filled with scents of cranberry, raspberry, flowers, fynbos, herbs from the garden, and white pepper. A balanced palate makes the wine remarkably fresh, ending on a dry note without excessive tannins, making it incredibly moreish. Best enjoyed chilled!
