Toro Albalá's Eléctrico Solera creates a remarkable Fino that’s both intricate and intense, featuring bright aromas and flavors like green apple, lemon zest, roasted almond, and iodine. Notably, this wine isn't fortified, meaning it relies solely on the natural alcohol from its initial fermentation. As a result, it offers a particularly pure and vinous representation of Fino. Crafted entirely from Pedro Ximénez grapes, it gains a rich texture and depth, delivering a multi-layered mid-palate and a rounded finish that distinguishes it from Jerezano Fino and Manzanilla. Despite this, it still retains the vibrant, chalky zest characteristic of the Fino style and the region's chalky soils.
