A label name that started out as a joke between winemakers Jimmy and Max, eventually became a name that embodied everything they wanted their label to be - approachable, unfussy wine that belongs on the table with food, people and conversation. Their backgrounds are rooted in food and hospitality - a connection that they continue to nurture in every bottle.

From the winemakers - Salty, slippery, zesty, zippy. It’s Pinot Grigio with personality. It’s Riesling with a suntan. We let it sit on skins a little longer this year and even threw in some Fernão Pires for extra spice. Open with seafood, open without seafood. Still works.
