S. Caica Tea Tree Hill Vineyard Shiraz 2025

2025 is Adelaide-based winemaker Simon Caica's second vintage under his S. Caica label. Using seasoned oak and minimal intervention techniques, his wines are carefully crafted and refined expressions of place.

Fruit for this wine was harvested over two picks, six days apart. All of the grapes were destemmed and crushed. After separate fermentations, the wine matured in old oak barrels for 10 months. The 2025 vintage shows black berry fruit, earth, and spice. Rich and concentrated, the ripe fruit is balanced by soft, sandy tannins.
