Onannon Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir 2025

Onannon was founded by winemakers Sam Middleton, Kaspar Hermann, and Will Byon, who met while working at James Haliday's Coldstream Hills winery. A change in leadership in 2026 means that Will Byron is now the sole winemaker.

He's spent the last chunk of his career as winemaker at Stonier, handling a diversity of parcels of Mornington Peninsula and Chardonnay. He brings that wealth of experience to Onannon, making highly particular wines that express the nuances of the Peninsula's geography. 

This Pinot Noir is a blend of 7 Mornington Peninsula sub-regions. It's medium-bodied, savoury and spicy, showing red and blue fruit, middle eastern spices, and turkish delight. With plush tannins and juicy acidity, it's youthful and ready to drink.
