Based on fiano from Heathcote fermented in amphora (sandstone jar), matured for 12 months on fine lees, the botanicals are focused on citrus , mostly yuzu and also some native citrus , wormwood plus salmon gum and chestnut flowers.
this is the perfect aperitivo on ice or with soda as well as a fresh ingredient for mixing.
