A field blend of Zweigelt, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Albariño, and Chardonnay grown in our own fields in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture. Six types of hand-picked grapes are destemmed and pressed together. Naturally fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. No added sulphates.
