Kerri Greens Terrestrial Flowers Blanc de Blancs 2021

This traditional method sparkling is 100% Chardonnay from Kerri Greens' Silverwood vineyard, situated on a gentle north-facing slop in Balnarring. It spends one year in barrel and two years in bottle before being hand disgorged. Early picking lends the wine acidity and freshness, with lots of fine bubbles, and notes of lemon curd, apples, and toast.

Kerri Greens was founded by Alsace-born viticulture Lucas Blanck and Tom McCarthy in 2015, as a creative outlet to complement their work at Quealy, the pioneering organic estate on the Mornington Peninsula. Co-owned by Lucas and his wife Alyce since 2023, Kerri Greens produces wines from four organically-farmed vineyards around Balnarring, on the Peninsula's eastern foothills.
