Harvests usually occur in September, and after the fermentation process, the wine is matured in expansive oak barrels for nearly 10 months before being bottled. The outcome is a splendidly mild, well-rounded red, offering a burst of ripe cherry and plum undertones, accompanied by mellow tannins, a robust acidic structure, and a sustained finish.

Its affable nature and lush taste profile pair wonderfully with dishes like venison, veal, or other gamey meals, and it's equally complementary to robust, nut-infused cheeses.
