Domaine Inebriati Cinsault VDF 2021

In 2010, Victor Beau leased two hectares of vines from the biodynamically managed Beauthorey estate, at the northern edge of the Pic-Saint-Loup appellation in the Languedoc, in France's hot Mediterranean south.

Here, vines grown amongst the garrigue, and the unique soil type comprised of angular limestone pebbles mixed with brown soil, provides drainage and a cooling influence.

Domaine Inebriati now spans 6 hectares of certified biodynamic vineyards, growing a wide range of local and international grapes including Cinsault, Carignan and Syrah.
