The winery is situated in an abandoned 17th century winery, which the couple painstakingly restored, including a 200-year-old press. 100% Gewürztraminer. All the juicy ripe exotic fruits, lychee and honeydew, that you would expect from this varietal, and it is seductively filled to the brim with them! A little nuttiness that is balanced out with some beautiful floral acidity. It has a lovely long dry finish!
