Guillot-Broux was founded in 1978 by Pierre and Françoise Guillot, who were pioneers in the region, as they were among the first to adopt organic and biodynamic farming practices. Their commitment to sustainable viticulture has remained a cornerstone of Domaine Guillot-Broux's philosophy to this day.

This vineyard, once forgotten and left untended, was revitalized in 1983 through a replanting effort that increased its vine density. Facing the eastern sun, its soil composition features a layer of clay covered by limestone. It offers a delicate yet captivating perfume. Its taste profile is tight, vibrant, and tightly wound, displaying a focused precision and impressive depth. A tingling sensation arises from the lively presence of fresh citrus, zesty flavors, orchard fruits, lemon drops, and mineral undertones.
