Originating from a solitary vineyard in the Limari Valley, this wine is a fresh and dry expression of Pedro Ximenez. The aroma is a lively bouquet of fresh apricot, banana, pineapple, and honeydew melon, complemented by blossoming white flowers. On the palate, vivacious acidity and a moderate body pave the way for flavors of red apple skins, tangerines, and succulent canned peaches, further accentuated by undertones of chamomile, coriander, cucumber, and a hint of mint. It's a delightful standalone drink but also pairs beautifully with mildly spicy dishes!
