Philipponnat Clos des Goisses Juste Rosé is drawn from the Clos des Goisses, a steep, south-facing walled vineyard in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, one of the most distinctive sites in Champagne. Produced by Champagne Philipponnat, the wine is based on Pinot Noir from this warm, chalk-dominated slope, with a small proportion of Chardonnay.
The wine is tightly structured, with red cherry, blood orange and brioche, alongside a chalky, mineral edge. The palate is powerful and linear, with firm acidity and a long, persistent finish.
