Fiano, a white grape variety originating from Southern Italy, is known for its adaptability to warm climates and its ability to maintain acidity. Babche's 2024 vintage showcases this resilience, offering a fresh, crisp profile with balanced flavors of lemon, peach, apricot, pear, and hazelnut.

In line with their philosophy, Babche bottles their wines unfined, unfiltered, and without additives or preservatives, allowing the true character of the grape and terroir to shine through.
