From over 35-year-old Gutedel vines rooted in Jurassic limestone and loess in Baden’s Markgräflerland, this wine offers a remarkably elegant expression of Chasselas. Naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged 20 months on lees in large oak, it emerges unfiltered and quietly profound.
