Domaine de Vaccelli Vaccelli Rouge 2021

Domaine de Vaccelli is a leading producer of modern Corsican wines, with a focus on typical Corsican grape varieties that form the pillars of the Ajaccio appellation and terroir. The vineyard is committed to manual harvesting and organic farming, and was certified as organic in 2019. The vineyard's 25 hectares of vines are planted on hillsides with granite arenas.

This wine is made from the indigenous Corsican variety Sciaccarellu, or Sciacarello. It has notes of kirsch, plums, and sweet spices. It's perfumed and airy, with lively acidity leading into a long finish.
