Spanning twelve generations, the Henri Giraud estate produces uniquely distinct cuvées. Situated in the Aÿ area, this family estate is privileged with a chalk-based Grand Cru terroir within the Argonne forest of Champagne. Their non-vintage Blanc de Craie is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes harvested from the Montagne de Reims, undergoing a 12-month fermentation in stainless steel followed by another year in Argonne oak. This process enriches the wine with flavors of lemon, hints of verbena, and touches of honeysuckle.
