While its powerful, lustrous character intertwined with notes of bramble fruit and herbal undertones is evident, the wine's unexpected freshness and intricate layers set it apart, especially for a Southern Rhône blend of this intensity. This unique profile is attributed to Aurelien's technique of prolonged, gentle semicarbonic maceration in sealed steel tanks and minimal interference in the fermentation process.
