Domaine Ciringa’s Fosilni Breg Dessert Wine 2017 is a rare expression from the Ciringa vineyard, located in Slovenia’s Štajerska region, where steep Opok soils and cool, temperate conditions create wines of remarkable clarity and balance. Crafted biodynamically and meticulously by the Tement family, this dessert wine is made from late-harvested Sauvignon Blanc, concentrated flavours of citrus and stone fruit are complemented by natural sweetness. The 2017 vintage reveals layers of candied citrus, apricot, and acacia honey, balanced by a lively acidity and an elegant mineral essence, culminating in a long, harmonious finish.
