Nino distinguishes itself as a Non Vintage sparkling wine, crafted in the traditional Champagne method. Unlike vintage wines, which emphasize the distinct characteristics of each year's harvest, Non Vintage wines like Nino aim to replicate a consistent style and profile each year. To achieve this, Ori Marani, from its inception, implemented a "reserve perpetuelle" for its reserve wine. This reserve is uniquely stored in Qvevri, lending the wine a distinct Georgian character.

While the blend of Nino is adjusted annually to meet its stylistic goals, it consistently includes Tsitka, Chinuri, and Goruli Mstvane grapes, along with up to 15% of the reserve wine. This careful blending ensures that Nino maintains its desired profile year after year.
