Barraco Grillo 2021

Produced from a solitary plot of bush vines that were inherited from his father and have thrived for over five decades in an isolated location, rooted in red sand and terra rossa soils, just a stone's throw from the coastline. Following a two-day period of maceration, the wine undergoes steel fermentation and is then aged for ten months in concrete tanks. This is a wine that embraces tradition, full-bodied and concentrated, with a unique nutty and saline flavor profile.
