4 Kilos Callet 2019

100% Callet, a native red grape from Mallorca. The Callet fruit comes from old vines are carefully hand-selected and fermented in large wood, Tiñas and open-ended 500 litre French oak barrels. It is then matured for 14 months in 600 litre French oak casks.

Aromas of persimmon, quince and ripe apples mingle with a smoky post-tea tang and fine sweet tannins. On the palate it is delicate and haunting, with an exceptionally light feel on the tongue.
