Matías Riccitelli Malbec Uco 2022

A wine deeply influenced by the environment provided by the Andes Mountains. Matias Riccitelli's Uco label is a species of cactus that is native and finds its home in height and unique soil conditions surrounding the Malbec vines. The vineyard's Gualtallary limestones soils is the focus of these wines, which is vinified in small concrete vats with destemmed grapes using wild yeasts at a temperatures between 25ºC to 27ºC for several weeks. The aging continues in used barrels until the next vintage.
