Alex and Rob are passionate advocates for the potential of Portuguese varietals in Central Victoria and are spearheading numerous additional plantings. Touriga, a grape often misinterpreted in Australia, is truly exceptional in their hands.

It boasts gentle floral notes, reminiscent of violets and rose petals, paired with a damp slate feel on the taste buds. This season, Alex and Rob ventured into crafting a subtle, oxidative style of rosé using Touriga, and the results are outstanding.
