La Riva Miraflores Baja Manzanilla Fina

Sourced from the Casilla Verde vineyard, located within the Sanluqueño Pago, Miraflores Baja, this wine benefits from its proximity, just 5km, to the Atlantic coast. The vineyard is enriched with a blend of lentejuelas and lustrillos soils. The grapes cultivated here exhibit remarkable acidity and evolve slowly and gracefully. Under the skilled care of almacenista Luis del Rio, the wine is matured dynamically using a two criadera and solera system.

Upon tasting, one can detect layers of ash, oil, and citrus. While its intensity strikes immediately, it retains a refreshing quality. It's notably saline with a light finish, yet offers a robust and expressive presence on the mid-palate.
