White port of exceptional quality is hard to find, but Infantado produces one of the finest examples. Crafted from Gouveio, Rabigato, and Voisinho grapes, this dry white port is aged for three years in oak casks, allowing it to develop a nuanced character. Serve it lightly chilled, and it’s a perfect choice for an aperitif.
Infantado was also one of the first estates in the region to begin working organically in their vineyards (1990).
