Aged for two years in large casks with a 3,000-liter capacity, this wine originates from a high-elevation, limestone-rich, and windy vineyard. It boasts a refined aroma and an exquisite palate. Although not made sous-voile, it possesses characteristics reminiscent of Jura wines, including a distinctive minerality that subtly emerges, much like in those wines from the Jura region.
