Drawn from vineyards on Portlandian limestone, the 2023 Petite Chablis from Moreau-Naudet captures the liveliness of the vintage with crystalline fruit and a bright, saline edge. Fermented naturally in stainless steel and rested briefly on lees, great tension, white flowers, green apple, and crushed shell minerality in perfect poise. A wine that speaks softly yet clearly of its place above Chablis’ ancient slopes.
