In Europe, the soaring vineyards of Alto Adige (Südtirol) stand as some of the most elevated and precipitous. The Venosta (Vinschgau) valley landscape is painted with a diverse flora, encompassing conifers, oaks, junipers, and chestnuts, set against a vivid backdrop of wildflowers that range from enzian to the iconic edelweiss. Remarkably, despite its alpine setting, the area enjoys a distinct sub-Mediterranean microclimate that warmly welcomes both seabuckthorn and rosehips. It's atop these terrains that the Falkenstein vineyards find their home.

The wine exudes aromas of rose, white fruits, and candied orange, coupled with spicy undertones and hints of flint. Its taste is harmoniously balanced, leaving a lasting impression on the palate.
