Blood Moon Wines emerged in 2014 under the leadership of Matt Aulich and a group of friends. By 2019, Matt took the reins solo. He cultivates grapes in Sunbury and Diamond Valley, while also sourcing from trusted growers across Victoria. Matt's winemaking philosophy centers on capturing the essence of each season and region. He champions a minimalist approach in the winery to let the natural character of the grapes shine through.
