Domaine de Boède
Red WineBoède Le Pavillon 2021
The Languedoc region in France is often referred to as a visual spectacle for wine enthusiasts. Amidst the lush, rolling hills adorned with endless vineyards and ancient Roman ruins, you are always close to an excellent red wine and delicious accompanying meals.
Winemaker Jean Poux-Rosset bought the crumbling Domaine from the Arnaud family in 2006 and committed themselves to restoring an 18th-century gem of the south of France.
The La Pavillon presents a dark ruby-red color and exhibits complex aromas on the nose, featuring ripe red fruits like raspberry and cassis, complemented by hints of spice, black pepper, and cinnamon. The palate is rich and generous, characterized by silky tannins and a harmonious balance, leading to a long and elegant finish.
