Luke Lambert holds a conviction that the Denton View Hill vineyard possesses the elements to produce one of Australia's premier Nebbiolos. The unique alignment of the vineyard, its thin granitic soil, combined with the extended ripening period in the Yarra Valley, underscores the vineyard's significant potential. The harvested grapes are divided equally between Luke Lambert's personal brand and the Denton View Hill label.

While Luke employs expansive oak barrels for his wine, Denton opts for the seasoned 500L puncheons, almost three decades old. It's a drink that resonates deeply with fans of Nebbiolo.
