The parcels are currently picked and vinified separately, with a view to future field blends. The 2024 was fermented with 30% whole bunches.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"868\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"\u003eThe aromas are savoury, with smoked paprika, hickory, rosemary, bell pepper and struck flint.
