His zeal for this terroir and the Blaufränkisch grape has mercifully been matched by vision and skill. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e80% of the grapes for the Blaufränkisch Moric Reserve comes from the steep slate and limestone slopes in Neckenmarkt and 20% from the sandy and clayey soils on the Lutzmann plateau, which is situated on a limestone subsoil.
