Memories of her Grandmother, who made family wine at her home, inspired Niki to pursue a lifestyle that reflected her memories living close to the land, nature, and embracing simplicity and transparency. This ethos is reflected purely in each of their wines. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis Grenache is made lightly: unfiltered, unfined, and with zero sulphur. The wine taps into the aromatic character of the variety, o\u003c\/span\u003epening with amaro, alpine flowers, and red fruits.
