The blend is led by Viura, with Malvasía Riojana, Garnacha Blanca, Maturana Blanca and small proportions of other traditional varieties. Fermentation is with native yeasts, followed by élevage in large French oak foudre, concrete eggs and used barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"746\"\u003eCitrus peel, white flowers, orchard fruit and anise sit over a stony, lightly savoury frame. The palate is supple, with a gentle phenolic edge supporting the fruit. Freshness carries through the mid-palate, with mineral salinity giving shape.
