A skin contact wine made with Semillon, Moscatel, and Chasselas.

This typical blend is a celebration of the Itata valley’s coastal terroir, crafted from three distinct grape varieties harvested at different times. The first to ripen is the Corinto, also known as Chasselas, which adds a bright, mineral acidity to the wine, along with notes of smoky bacon and sweet pineapple. The Muscat brings a bold floral character to the blend, while the Semillon adds a subtle hint of cucumber, a flavor that’s unique to this particular region. Each varietal is fermented separately before being expertly blended to create a wine that’s both spicy and aromatic.
