Description

Known locally as Corinto, the Chasselas grape has been in Itata for hundreds of years, most likely planted by the Spanish colonialists. Generally, the grapes aren’t planted as a stand-alone block, rather they are interspersed amongst the Moscatel vines.

Pablo and Ronaldo decided with this wine to try something new, each picking the Chasselas from their own vineyards to co-ferment, and create a unique single variety offering. Very soft on the nose, with delicate white stone fruits, and florals, alongside a light alpine note.

The wines shows its barrel time on lees with its mid-weight palate, and rounded texture.
