Description
From young vines planted in 2007 to a mixture of self grown seedlings, clones 115, 777, Abel and Calera. Guy Acard inspired, involing pre-ferment cold soak, vigourous pigeage and eleveage in second use oak. The wine is bottled unfiltered to preserve silkiness. Full bodied yet delicate it has Neil’s trademark wildness.
