Gut Oggau winery, nestled in the picturesque town of Oggau, Austria, is a top-notch winery founded by Eduard and Stephanie Tscheppe. The winery is situated in an abandoned 17th century winery, which the couple painstakingly restored, including a 200-year-old press. The winery cultivates grapes using biodynamic principles, resulting in exquisite wines that showcase unique personalities. The winery attributes these distinct personalities to the one-of-a-kind characteristics of the grapes and the surrounding environment.

Eduard is an authentic field blend, encompassing every grape variety that they cultivate from 55-year-old vines. After the grapes are harvested, they undergo skin contact for two weeks before being rested for 18 months.
