Description
Sometimes referred to as one of Australia’s greatest Rosés, the Pinot Taché has been made by Eastern Peake each year since 1995. Composed of grapes sourced from a vineyard parcel devoted solely to Rosé production, Eastern Peake has set out to craft a serious style of Rosé that can hold it’s own alongside some of the world’s best. The grapes are pressed whole bunch, fermented with indigenous yeast, and spends 12 months on lees before being bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal SO2 added for good measure.
