Domaine Gavoty, located in Cabasse village, 50 km away from Saint-Tropez, exudes the enchantment of Provence. The vineyards are grown organically, with ploughing and yield management techniques enhancing concentration. From old vines, they have crafted a rich, earthy Carignan.
The nose is already emitting black fruit and spice aromas, with fine and supple tannins. The wine presents a complex, aromatic flavor, melty structure and hints of black fruit and liquorice.
